salve,
i have a problem with an hotspot, the name is Qelsox1033. sinc 2009 evirything ok. but now a customer called me telling that they cannot have a ticket login, but only by credit card, and ther is the banner worldspot. i change nothing but the nas id of the hotspot (first it was qelsox1033, then V1A2 and now i changed agian in qelsox1003, thinking that , maybe, it is the problem...)
anyway, now there is a valid subscription on (unklimited ticket billing+unbranded) but it seems do not work.
is there any problem ?

Hi

Please check the subsription settings. You can edit them in the subscription page. The hotspot name AND the hotspot mac address must both fit.
You can have your hotspot mac address in the hotspot session, in the hotspot mac address column.
